Facility Maintenance Walk-Through Process - Full

Facility maintenance is the process of increasing the utility of a building by regularly servicing capital assets, commercial appliances, and areas inside or around a building.

    Cleaning

    Inspect all gutters and downspouts for damage

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Inspect all cameras for visible damage or potential wear and tear parts that need to be changed (cables, solar panels, mounts)

    • Pass

    • Fail

    Inspect all lights for visible damage (body, lenses, sensors etc). Checking if lights are operational is not necessary during this walk-through process as a required periodic night audit will be conducted and non-working lights identified for replacement

    Inspect all other miscellaneous structures for damage or other issues that may require attention/maintenance
