30-Day Glass Bead Cabinet Inspection (MOP-059, REV 0)
This procedure outlines the required 30-day inspection of the glass bead cabinet to confirm all suction lines, air lines, grit components, seals, and protective assemblies are functioning correctly and safely. It ensures that wear, clogs, leaks, or component deterioration are identified early so the cabinet can continue operating efficiently and support consistent production quality.
2) INSPECT BELLOWS, BOOTS AND GRIT SHIELDS REPLACE/REPAIR ASNEEDED.
3) INSPECT ALL SUCTION LINES/HOSES FOR WEAR, REPLACE IF NEEDED.
4) INSPECT ALL AIR LINES, REPLACE IF NEEDED.
5) INSPECT GRIT FEED HOSES AND VALVES. REPLACE AS NECESSARY.
7) INSPECT GRIT CAN SEALS. REPLACE AS NECESSARY.
8) DO AN OVERALL INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE, WEAR. REPAIR AS NEEDED.
