This procedure outlines the required 30-day inspection of the glass bead cabinet to confirm all suction lines, air lines, grit components, seals, and protective assemblies are functioning correctly and safely. It ensures that wear, clogs, leaks, or component deterioration are identified early so the cabinet can continue operating efficiently and support consistent production quality.

    2) INSPECT BELLOWS, BOOTS AND GRIT SHIELDS REPLACE/REPAIR ASNEEDED.
