New P-Rex Quality Control Checklist

This procedure is used to perform the initial quality control inspection of a new P-Rex before it is released. It covers the engine and hydraulic oil, engine operation, brush and vacuum actuators, all spray tips, vacuum performance, a test drive, decal placement, and tire pressure.

    Vacuum Bar Spray Tips (5 ea)

    Wheel Spray Tips (4 ea)

    Brush Spray Tips (3 ea)

    Rear Boom Spray Tips (2 ea)

    Vacuum Bar: Vacuum

    Blitz Pump Spray Tips (3 ea)

    Test Drive

    Pioneer Decals (4 ea)

    Tire Pressure
