Feeder Bowl Inspection
Inspect the Feeder Bowl for Cracks to prevent leakage
Vibrators Check
Check that the Vibrators are working correctly
Air Lines and Regulators Inspection
Inspect the Air lines and regulators for any replacements needed
Feed Wheel and Line Belt Condition
Check the condition of the Feed wheel and Line belt
Recommend replacements if in poor condition
Drive Mechanism and Applicator System Inspection
Inspect the condition of the Drive mechanism for the belt and the Applicator system
Inspect all fasteners (bolts and nuts) for strength
Inspect the Drive tensioning and Integrity
Machine Safety Guards Check
Check the integrity of the machine safety guards
Main Electrical Panel Inspection
Inspect the Main Electrical Panel
Check the Line for exposed/burnt wiring
Inspect the Condition of the Conveyor System & Air Tunnel
Check tightness of bolts in sequence opposite each other
Check tightness of nuts in a sequence opposite each other
Belts, material integrity
Inspect the Induction Heater
Check for Leaks, and repair, if any
Clean and inspect the element or replace with a new element. “Cleaning Primary Filter Element”.
Blow down Dust and any impurities. Cover and tighten the cover latches.
Check the screen Display & Listen for unusual noises
Clean the mounting base for the Unit and check all Inlet and Outlet ports
Remove pipe plugs from the tees to check cross-connecting piping is clean and free of obstructions.
