Consult the Maintenance manual on SharePoint for guidance before making a request
Detailed request to be submitted via MaintainX
For urgent needs during regular business hours (M-F 8am-4pm), make a MaintainX request and call the Front Desk
For urgent needs when the main office is closed, make a MaintainX request and call the Director of Maintenance and Property Management or the Director of Operations
