This checklist is for the monthly procedure maintenance of your bunker.

    Drive

    Check oil level. If not OK, fill up.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Gearbox (applies to type TSD only)

    Check oil level. If not OK, fill up.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Plain bearing assembly

    Check for wear/defects. Replace if not OK.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    (Flange) bearing block

    Check grease. Lubricate if not OK.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Conveyor screws

    Check wearing surfaces of screws. Replace (weld on new rod) if not OK.
