Vegetation Management Completion Service Report

This procedure ensures that all vegetation management activities are formally documented upon completion, recording the scope of work performed, areas treated, methods and equipment used, and any identified concerns or follow-up requirements, maintaining accurate service records, supporting regulatory compliance, and providing a comprehensive reference for future vegetation management planning and scheduling.

    8. INFRASTRUCTURE & LIABILITY NOTICE

    This Work Order documents mechanical vegetation management services only. Contractor’s scope is limited strictly to mowing, trimming, and mechanical vegetation control as defined in the governing O&M agreement.

    Vegetation services are performed in proximity to solar infrastructure. Safe execution assumes that conductors, harnesses, cabling, structural components, and associated equipment are properly installed, secured, maintained with adequate clearance, and compliant with applicable industry standards.

    Contractor personnel do not alter, reposition, secure, modify, or repair electrical conductors or solar infrastructure components unless specifically authorized in writing by the asset owner or authorized representative.

    Contractor shall not be responsible for damage or deficiencies resulting from:

    • Exposed, unsecured, or sagging wiring

    • Improper or deficient wire management

    • Low-clearance components

    • Soil erosion, washouts, sink-holes or settlement

    • Pre-existing installation or design defects

    • Latent, concealed, or weather-related conditions

    • Infrastructure installed within standard vegetation management corridors

    Any site conditions documented in this Work Order were observed during routine service and are believed to be pre-existing or outside vegetation management scope unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    Corrective work outside vegetation scope requires separate written authorization.
