SOP 14 - Baghouse and dust collection systems inspection

    Bags (Bolsas):

    Spot check bag connection condition. (Revisar es estado de la coneccion de las bolsas)

    Moving Parts and Shaker (Partes con Movimiento y Vibrador):

    Check all moving parts on shaker baghouses. (Revisar todas las partes con movimiento del vibrador del baghouse)

    Fasteners (Abrazaderas):

    Check fan hoses and clamps. (Revisar mangueras y abrazaderas del ventilador)

    Leaks and Holes (Fugas y agujeros):

    Visolite spot check for bag leaks and holes. (Usar Visolite para revisar fugas de aire y agujeros en el sistema)

    Corrosion (Corrosion):

    Inspect baghouse structure for corrosion. (Inspectionar estructura del baghouse por corrosion)

    Velocity Pressures (Velocidad de Presion):

    Check velocity pressures for duct work. (Revisar la velocidad de presion en el ducto)
