Hygiene Clearance - GMP Checklist
Completing this hygiene clearance after every maintenance job makes sure equipment is safe for food contact before production resumes.
Hygiene Clearance - GMP Checklist
This procedure is the hygiene clearance checklist used after maintenance or repair work in a food production area. It makes sure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) were followed, food-grade materials were used, and tools and lubricants were removed. It also requires the equipment to be cleaned, sanitized and inspected, and signed off by both maintenance and production before it goes back into use.
