Lippmann 4800 - Weekly Checklist

A conveyor that doesn't have an operating drive chain is rendered useless. Therefore, an inspection necessitates that you check the drive train's tension to see if it's satisfactory. If it's too tight or loose, larger problems could occur down the road.

    Grease: (2) bearings – 10 pumps Open Chamber: Jack stand tightness, wear plates

    Grease: pulley – 1 pump Chain wear Curtain wear

    Grease: (2) bottom bearings – 2 pumps Belting wear/damage/clipping Skirting tightness

    Grease: (4) bearings – 2 pumps Belting wear/damage/clipping Skirting tightness

    Grease: (4) bearings – 2 pumps Belting wear/damage/clipping Skirting tightness

    Grease: (2) pulleys – 2 pumps Tighten screen Screen wear/damage

    Grease: (4) bearings – 2 pumps Belting wear/damage/clipping

    Grease: (2) bottom bearings – 2 pumps Belting wear/damage/clipping Skirting tightness

    Plastic liner wear/damage/tightness

    Clean nozzles Check Hoses
