Weekly inspection of your equipment to ensure proper working condition and help prolong life span.
Lock Out Tag out
Perform LOTO as necessary
Clean all photsensors
Inspect Ironing cylinder
check for buildup of chemicals or debris which will cause discoloring of cylinder
Clean behind all service panels
Check and clean inverter
Inspect air filter/auto drain unit
Check pressure settings
Grease "weekly" bearings
Clean and oil roll pivot bearings
Use SAE 90 grade oil. Refer to manual page 4-11 for locations
Clean ironing cylinder heat shield
Check and clean motors
Inspect and clean sail switches and exhaust blower wheels
Check ribbon condition and tension
