    General Tips for Equipment Maintenance

    Keep your equipment clean:

    By regularly lubricating certain parts of your machine, you decrease friction.

    Treadmill: Treadmill is the most delicate and frequently used gymequipment. Over 95% of gym customers are more attracted totreadmill. Once your treadmill is down, your customers strength willdecline drastically except you have a strong and interesting danceaerobic class to take their mind of the treadmill. Therefore, adequatecare and maintenance should be given to the treadmill such as:

    Cleaning

    Lubrication

    Mat Alignment and Tension

    Elliptical Maintenance Checklist

    Weight Bench

    Recumbent Bike

    Stepper

    Magnetic Bike

    Spin Bike
