Asset Information
Verify the Truck or Trailer ID Number
Type of Repair required
Describe any issues observed with the Trucker and or trailer
Provide detailed information about any problems or malfunctions noticed.
Repair Request Details
Describe the required repairs
Include all necessary repairs needed for the Tractor Truck.
Is the Tractor Truck operational?
In your opinion, can the equipment still e operational to perform the job / journey safely
