Review waste water logs and ensure that a minimum of 2 hour full system checks (1 hour full system checks for CMF Systems) are occurring and are recorded & logged daily. Waste water logs shall include the system flow rate, coagulant pump speed setting, flocculent pump speed setting, clay pump speed setting, pump calibration, white water air system flow, manifold pressure, effluent clarity, carry over status, permeate clarity verification (CMF System only), pH and other items listed on the Best Practice Log sheets identified on SharePoint under the "WWT log Sheets" link. For the exception plants that have an RO or other type of pre-treatment or reuse system that is treating in some form or fashion, the wastewater from the wash alley; use this line item to score those systems. If the system is operating as designed and is being monitored properly - then give these points listed on this line item.
