Use this quarterly Preventative Maintenance strategies that compressed air users can implement, to help save money, improve efficiencies and reduce downtime.

Every three months, or after 500 hours of running use check the pressure drop over the (optional) filters.
Every three months, or after 500 hours of running use inspect the air inlet filters: check for cleanness and damage. Replace a dirty or damaged filter with a new one.
Change Oil if necessary, at 8,000 hours of use.
Grease the bearings every 4,000 hours. Be sure to inspect the bearings at quarterly intervals between each greasing to ensure they remain sufficiently lubricated.
