Can Line Monthly Hygiene Swabs

This procedure covers the monthly hygiene swabbing of the can line to identify microbial contamination before it affects product quality or safety. It records a PASS, FLAG, or FAIL result for the C5 CO2 blower, C6 lid infeed to seamer, C7 full can rinser, and C9 empty can rinser.
