POWER CORD & PLUG
Check for wear or damage and replace if necessary
make sure turn table belt is not wearing and has tension
Check for wear or damage
Examine the pre-stretch chains and sprockets for wear.
Check for wear or damage remove cover on top of the carriage to access this
Lubricate the chains
lubricate chain with chain oil
check carriage belt for any damage
inspect belt for any cuts or damage
inspect guard for damage and wear
inspect guard and anchors for damage or need of replacement
remove dust and derby
use a blower and blow out machine of all dust and dirt

notate any and all issues with machine and report any damage an operator should have reported
Inspect Turn Table
Lift Turn Table And Inspect Bearing(s), Rollers, Pulleys, and Flywheel For Excessive Wear. Ensure all components are free from any debris or foreign objects. Check for loose hardware. Lubricate Turn Table Bearing.
