Regular ironer maintenance will achieve significant improvements in flatwork productivity, standards of finishing and profitability.

All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?
All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?
Lock Out Tag Out
Perform LOTO as necessary
Drain Condensate from venting line
Check pump shaft seals for leaks
Check textile padding for damage
Check ironing belts, ensure any broken remnants are removed from rollers
Check over all machine for leaks
Clean switch cabinet intake filter
Clean lint from inside switch cabinet
Clean lint from burner filter
Clean overall machine, opening all doors on right and left side. Remove lint from under machine.
During operation inspect and listen to machine for proper operation and abnormal noise
