Service Procedure - John Deere 8R 340

From operators manual with all relative service intervals and plans. Oil: Valvoline (Mckechnie Earthmoving) Engine Oil: AllFleet E900 Plus 15w-40 API CK-4 (26-28L) Trans/Hyd Oil: UniTrac 80W (180-199L) MFWD Axle Housing: UniTrac 80W (19L) Hubs: HP Gear Oil 85W-140 GL-5 (3.8-5.6L) Intervals are declared beside service hour intervals for example ( A Service ), this shows in Service Triggers so the mechanic can refer to which interval needs to be completed based on machine Hours. Page numbers listed for specific items in operators manual beside checklist items for example '120-1 Change Engine Oil and Filter'. All operators manuals are located behind tractor seats or inside cab of machine. For any further information please speak to the Maintenance Manager.
