Was the machine given to you clean from the previous shift?
Check drill holder
Bearings top and bottom of drill Northside
Wipe sensor and inspect
Wipe sensor and inspect foot sensor
Inspect foot bolts
Wipe and insect drill measuring laser
Inspect copper for damage
Check for hydraulic leaks Northside
Check for hydraulic leaks Southside
Hypertherm coolant level add if needed
Inspect the pilot lead for damage
Inspect the bearing on the southside of the drill
Check spindle nut for any signs of wear
Wipe and inspect drill measuring laser southside
Check linear bearing on each side of X-2
Check proxy switches on X-2
Check for any major leaks the X-1
Check X-1 bearings for any signs on damage
if the answer is "oneOf [No]"
if the answer is "oneOf [N/A]"
Maintenance reason the machine will not be ran.
