• Clean or replace cabinet filters on main electrical cabinet(s)

• Clean or replace cabinet filters on PC cabinet

Conveyors Motors

• Check that motor is properly ventiled and clean

• Check the chain tension. Shortening the chain may be necessary and must be done one "window" at the time

Conveyors Rails

• Inspect and replace damaged glide line as required

Marrying Station

• Check the air cylinder speed is appropriate for the function, if not, adjust air flow valve as required

• Check for sensor alignment and signal sensitivity of proximity  sensors

• Check for proper alignment and ensure that the thin gauge hanger insert properly in the METRILINK hanger carrier

Stepfeeder

• Check that air cylinder speed is appropriate for the function, if not, adjust the airflow valve as required

• Check for sensor alignment and signal sensitivity of proximity  sensors

Discharger / Switch

• Check that air cylinder speed is appropriate for the function, if not, adjust the airflow valve as required

Divorce Station

• Check that air cylinder speed is appropriate for the function, if not, adjust the airflow valve as required

• Walk the entire system looking for any developing issues
