Inspect the access ladder and fall arrest cable for security, corrosion, and damage. If Flag or Fail, upload photo and explain in notes. Open a corrective work order. DO NOT use the caged access ladder with harness until repairs are complete.

Including water lines from the roof to the tank. Including water lines from the tank to the pumps. If Flag or Fail, upload photo and explain in notes. Open a corrective work order.
