CONFIRM EXTINGUISHER IS VISIBLE, UNOBSTRUCTED AND IN IT'S DESIGNATED LOCATION
VERIFY SIGNAGE IS SECURED IN PLACE ABOVE THE FIRE EXTIGUISHER FOR EASY IDENTIFICATION AND VISIBILITY
VERIFY THE LOCKING PIN IS INTACT AND THE TAMPER SEAL IS UNBROKEN
EXAMINE EXTINGUISHER FOR OBVIOUS PHYSICAL DAMAGE, CORROSION, LEAKAGE OR CLOGGED NOZZLE
CONFIRM PRESSURE GAUGE OR INDICATOR IS IN THE OPERABLE RANGE OR POSITION
LIFT EXTINGUISHER TO ENSURE IT IS STILL FULL
MAKE SURE THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ON THE NAME PLATE ARE LEGIBLE AND FACING OUT
CHECK THE LAST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE DATE ON THE TAG. A LICENSED FIRE EXTINGUISHER CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE INSPECTED THE EXTINGUISHER WITH IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
