As with all heavy equipment, it’s important to inspect and maintain your and vertical mast to ensure they’re running efficiently and improving your productivity. This checklist will help you in inspecting these machines at the start of every day, at shift changes and any time a new operator takes over the machine.

As with all heavy equipment, it’s important to inspect and maintain your and vertical mast to ensure they’re running efficiently and improving your productivity. This checklist will help you in inspecting these machines at the start of every day, at shift changes and any time a new operator takes over the machine.

    Visual Inspection: Carry out a thorough visual inspection of the machine. Look specifically for any signs of damage to:

    Ensure battery is charged by checking joystick LED light (green = charged).

    Ensure hydraulic oil level is at correct level. Do not over fill. Check for hydraulic leaks.
