Verify that the two fire extinguishers on the unit are ready to use, not damaged, the seal is intact, the UL tag in place, and they are up to date on their annual inspection. Replace if needed.
Open Panel (No Power On) Check SO Cord for damage. Verify SO Cord connection is tight to breaker in panel before turning on Generator. Verify Generator is connected correctly. Check for any other issues.

EMECS Integrity Checks
Above 400F Degrees
Process Isolation Integrity Test: While Temperature is Below 400F, Open Manual Process valve and Verify No Inlet Vacuum
Manual Process Valve Integrity Test: While Temp is above 400F, Verify process Valve Opens. Then Verify No Vacuum While in Manual Process Valve is Closed.
High Temperature Limit Controller: Lower setpoint below operating Temperature and Observe if the Unit Shuts Down.
if the answer is "oneOf [FAIL,FLAG]"
Determine Why? Move the Setpoint Back to 2000F and Press Reset Twice.
DA/FA Torque Check: Check Torque Values on All FA'S and DA'S

Pressure Gauge Upstream of MAR90 (PSIG)
Pressure Gauge Downstream MAR90 (PSIG)
Inlet Flow (Unit Maxed Out)
Total Flow (Unit Maxed Out)
Detonation Arrestor Inlet Pressure (with 50' Air Ducting Hose Attached to the DA)
Detonation Arrestor Outlet Pressure (with 50' Air Ducting Hose Attached to the DA)
Flame Arrestor Inlet Pressure
Flame Arrestor Outlet Pressure
Hours on Unit
Interlocks (Safety Shut-Downs and Alarms)
High-High FA Inlet/Outlet & Firebox Inlet Temperature
FA Backflow-Differential Pressure
High-High DA Inlet/Outlet Temperature
Low-Low Fuel Pressure (Pilot & Enrichment Lines)
