Perform maintenance regularly to ensure extended life and reliable performance of your bagging systems.

All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?
All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?
Lock Out Tag Out
Perform LOTO as necessary
Test all E-stops for proper operation
Check machine for air leaks
Inspect Heater wire
Check for tarnish and plastic build up. Use scotch brite pad to clean as necessary
Inspect High Voltage Sensor. clean as necessary.
Inspect sealer band and perf sensor arm
Use only Scotch Brite pad to clean as necessary. Clean in the direction of Autobag bag web flow.
Inspect and grease all conveyor bearings
Inspect conveyor belts for proper tension and integrity
Inspect hoper conveyor cleats.
If cleats are tearing away from belt, belt must be replaced, cleats can not be glued back on.
