This checklist will help you in inspecting these machines at the start of every day, at shift changes and any time a new operator takes over the machine.

    Platform Assembly and Gate

    Platform and Ground Control Console

    All Hydraulic Cylinders

    Boom Sections/Uprights /Turntable

    Boom Limit Switches

    Drive Motor and Brake, and Hub

    Oscillation Lockout Valve (If equipped)

    Wheel/Tire Assembly, Right Rear

    Extendable Axle

    Swing Drive Motor and Brake

    Fuel Supply

    Cowling and Latches

    Control Valve Compartment

    Extendable Axle

    Hydraulic Oil Supply

    Hydraulic Oil Filter Housing

    Hydraulic Oil Breather

    Wheel/Tire Assembly, Right Front

    Turntable Springs

    Ground Controls

    Engine Air Filter

    Tie Rod and Steering Spindles

    Swing motor and worm gerar

    Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump

    Main Hydraulic Pump

    Platform rotator.

    Skyguard.
