VACUUM TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

This guide is intended to remedy vacuum issues at -19 in/Hg or less. This is for Products: 1000 Series, 2000 Series, 3000 Series, CNC Routers, DESTINY, PRESTIGE, Stone, TITAN FabCenter, TITAN Models, XEGuide Number: SG0366

    SKILL LEVEL 1: Fairly easy task, requires minimal mechanical/electrical experience.

    This guide is intended to remedy vacuum issues at -19 in/Hg or less. Before starting troubleshooting, make sure these conditions are made:

    1. Does vacuum increase above -19 in/Hg?

    • Yes
    • No
    • N / A
    if the answer is "oneOf [No]"
    if the answer is "oneOf [Yes]"

    It is very important to follow the order of troubleshooting in order to end with the desired results

    3. Does vacuum increase above -19 in/hg?

    • Yes
    • No
    • N / A
    if the answer is "oneOf [No]"
    if the answer is "oneOf [Yes]"

    Now we start troubleshooting the top side of the vacuum circuit.

    2. Is the arrow stuck before reaching the "ON" position? (You may have to toggle vacuum on and off a few times.)

    if the answer is "oneOf [If it points to "ON"]"
    if the answer is "oneOf [YES]"

    3. With vacuum and float off, locate the float line as indicated in the picture below. Do you feel air blowing out of the line with vacuum off?
