Check Bathrooms Every Hour - Place Sign on Door

• Check Towels - Remove Dirty - Replace with Clean

• Check Trash

• Replace Paper Goods as Needed

• Clean Toilets as Needed

• Keep floors clean and dry

• Wipe Down Surfaces

Check and Clean Cobwebs outside of Building with Cobweb Brush

• If you need something done up high. Ask Maintenance.

Check Doors in Lobby for Fingerprints

• Dust as Needed

Window Cleaning

• Clean Windows in Sections Daily

• The Goal is to have all windows cleaned once weekly.

• High Visibility Areas in Front of Treadmills, Ellipticals, etc. are most important.

Pool Deck

• Keep all Furniture Wiped Down and Organized. Pick up any Trash.

• Check for Towels, Take out Trash as Needed.

• Wash Cushion Covers as Needed.

• Inform Maintenance of anything that needs attention

Spa Area

• Check Massage Rooms for Towels, Robes etc.

• Wipe Down Counter Tops as Needed in Massage Rooms and Sitting Rooms

• Cleaning Company only Cleans Floors and Takes out Trash
