This procedure outlines the quarterly maintenance tasks for inspecting and ensuring the proper functioning of the Ovens' components, including the controls, drive mechanism, safety guards, and electrical panel.
Inspect the Equipment PLC/Display Screen
check for error notifications and messages
Check for all error notifications and messages on display
Valves, Transmission & Regulators Inspection
Inspect all connectors and Relays
Inspect and check gas valves, timing valves and signal routes
Actuator, Motors Assembly
Check tightness of bolts & nuts in sequence
Inspect the mounting, base of the Motor Assembly
Inspect the condition of Blowers and Pipe routes
Main Electrical Panel Inspection
Inspect the Main Electrical Panel
Check the Line for exposed/burnt wiring
