Monthly Mini-Vibratite Line Preventive Maintenance
This procedure outlines the monthly maintenance tasks for inspecting and ensuring the proper functioning of various components of the Mini-Vibratite Line, including the feeder bowl, vibrators, air lines, feed wheel, drive mechanism, safety guards, electrical panel.
Feeder Bowl Inspection
Inspect the Feeder Bowl for Cracks and vibratory action
Vibrators Check
Check that the Vibrators are working correctly
Air Lines and Regulators Inspection
Inspect the Air lines and regulators for any replacements needed
Drive Mechanism and Belts conditions
Inspect all fasteners (bolts and nuts) for strength
Inspect the Drive tensioning and Integrity
Inspect the condition of the Drive mechanism for the belt
Machine Safety Guards Check
Check the integrity of the machine safety guards
Main Electrical Panel Inspection
