Monthly HQ roof walkthrough

This will ensure that your roof is properly maintained to avoid any unnecessary costs and repairs.

    Inspect the condition for all HVAC equipment

    Check all the parapets and flashings conditions. This includes condition of caulks and seals.

    Make sure there is no any loose items on the roof (hurricane preparedness).

    Check the condition of MB (modified bitumen) material. Inspect for any damages, cuts, blisters and signs of leaking.

    Inspect the condition of all lightning roods.

    Make sure roof drains and roof corners are clean of any debris, leaves, etc.

    Perform the visual inspection of the Talent building roof from the main building roof top. Create the new WO for any
