Maintenance Partner/Apprentice Training Guide must be completed within 12 weeks from date of hire. If a new hire partner falls within the 12 week timeframe during an assessment, points shall be awarded if the Training Guide is validated as "in progress". Evidence of completion of the TG will come in the form of the weekly Partner Connect Screen Shots being sent to the Corporate Engineer for review.(This requirement applies to all new hires made from previous official assessment to current official assessment). If no maintenance new hires within last 12 months, then N/A.
