Electrical Safety Inspection Checklist
Select the power source of the device

Inspect exterior of unit for damage/corrosion/cleanliness, clean as needed
Clean tubing by passing cold disinfection solution through suction canister
Turn regulator knob and test correlating needle response
Test regulator at 60mm/hg with calibrated external vacuum gauge (+/-5%)
Test regulator at 140mm/hg with calibrated external vacuum gauge (+/-5%)
Test regulator at 200mm/hg with calibrated external vacuum gauge (+/-5%)
Test regulator at 180mm/hg on "INT" setting; timing module engages between 6-10s; needle moves to and remains at 180mmHg for 14-18s
