Is the unit available for PM?

if the answer is "oneOf [Unit could be located for PM]"

    Electrical Safety Inspection Checklist

Select the power source of the device

if the answer is "oneOf [Electric Powered / Double Insulated with leakage current reading only]"

Add the Chassis Leakage (Open Ground) reading [uA] ///Upper limit is 300 uA///

Chassis current leakage limit is 300 µA AC for cord-connected equipment (measurement required only in normal polarity, open ground mode).

Upload the photo of the Chassis Leakage Reading

    THIS IS A MANDATORY FIELD

    Add or drag pictures

    FINAL ELECTRICAL SAFETY INSPECTION RESULT

Click PASS only if all requirements are met. Otherwise consult your manager.
