Regular ironer maintenance will achieve significant improvements in flatwork productivity, standards of finishing and profitability.

All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?
All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?
Lock Out Tag Out
Perform LOTO as Required
Grease bearings
Check setscrews to ensure tight
Inspect and clean touchless temperature sensors and UV Flame scanner
Clean and oil drive chains and tensioning chains/springs
1. Clean old lubricant from chains 2. Lightly oil with SAE 90 grade oil
Clean flatwork strippers
Inspect compression roll pressure and padding condition
Remove LOTO and return to service
