All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?
Lock Out Tag Out
Perform LOTO as necessary
Check thermal insulation of the oil heating assembly for integrity
Check oil heating assembly for integrity and leaks
Check heating band
1. inspect thermal insulation 2. inspect for leaks
Check locking valves for leaks and free spindle movement
Clean dirt trap on filter of pipe cleaning system.
The following items will be completed by an Authorized outside contractor.
