Guide technicians to the right fix with Work Order Suggestions
Throughout this year, MaintainX CoPilot has been assisting technicians and managers with AI-powered answers that save them from digging through manuals or historical data.
Our new Work Order Suggestions takes this further, by providing task-specific prompts directly within work orders, procedures and asset pages. This guides technicians step by step without breaking focus, helping them troubleshoot and repair faster.
With MaintainX CoPilot Work Order Suggestions, teams are:
- Completing work orders right the first time
- Reducing rework and errors through guided steps
- Sharing critical knowledge across shifts
By turning your team's existing knowledge into in-line guidance, CoPilot helps reduce downtime, improve work accuracy, and keep everyone aligned—from new hires to seasoned pros.
MaintainX CoPilot is available on the Enterprise plan.
Merge Procedures to standardize work at scale
Managing SOPs across multiple sites just got a whole lot easier.
The new Merge Procedures feature allows admins to combine multiple local procedures into a single Global Procedure—all within the app. You can:
- Select which local procedures to merge
- Choose which version to keep as the source of truth
- Update linked assets, work order templates, and automations instantly
This helps eliminate duplication, align teams on the latest standards, and roll out updates at scale—without relying on a MaintainX rep.
Merging is built to support high volumes of procedures and thousands of active work orders, so enterprise teams can consolidate workflows and move fast with confidence.
Import Parts faster with new self-serve tools
MaintainX Admins can now import parts into MaintainX themselves, making it easier to digitize records at scale.
With our new Part Imports, you can upload your inventory list via CSV or Excel and instantly add hundreds of parts to your account.
MaintainX templates and built-in validation help you catch errors before upload, and you can roll back an import within 24 hours if needed. Multi-location parts and 14+ standard fields are supported—including Part Number, Unit Cost, Vendor, and Location.
This feature is available on Premium and Enterprise plans.
