MacNeil RS 301 High Side Washers Weekly Preventive Maintenance

This procedure covers the weekly preventive maintenance of the MacNeil RS 301 high side washers, including greasing the pivot and rod end bearings and lubricating the air cylinders. It also covers checking the wash material, water nozzles and fasteners for wear or looseness, and confirming the washers extend and retract smoothly.
