MaintainX Training - Administrators with CoPilot (MaintainX Academy)

This procedure outlines the MaintainX Academy training for new administrators, covering the Introduction to MaintainX lessons and a short CoPilot overview. It guides the user through completing each lesson, uploading a screenshot of the completion certificate, and signing off.

    Congratulations - you are now familiar with the basics of MaintainX! By now you should be comfortable with: - Creating locations, assets, and procedures - Creating work orders associated with locations, assets, and procedures - Configuring schedules for work orders - Completing work orders on the MaintainX mobile app - Inviting users to your MaintainX organization

    MaintainX CoPilot (10 mins)

    Learn how to use CoPilot, your AI assistant that can look through asset manuals to help you gather information, create work orders and procedures.
