Check alignment of mat sensor
Check light curtain
Test emergency stop
Listen to & clean the bearings (12 total), once a bearing starts to make noise - apply a little grease regularly. Inwatec uses sealed bearings that come pre-greased which should operate service free for many years. Do not over grease, as you will blow out the seal allowing dirt and sand in, which will shorten the life of the bearing.
Open rear safety panel— remove all dirt & debris
Run machine - Listen for unusual noise, particularly around all guarding. Feel machine for vibration.
Check that the inlet conveyor belts are running properly - adjust if necessary, Use LOTO if correction is needed
Test E-Stop, Lightguard, Start Button, Indicator Lights, back-door interlock & Counter are all operational
Listen for air leaks in lines, cylinder, regulator, filter, solenoid
