These are the daily task that should be done during each visit to each location. If a room door is unlocked and the customers items are move out, these tasks need to be completed for the room.

Tenant Move Out Maintenance Tech. Procedure

These are the daily task that should be done during each visit to each location. If a room door is unlocked and the customers items are move out, these tasks need to be completed for the room.

Tenant Move Out / Empty Or Unlocked Suite Task

Check for holes. If holes are in wall please putty them and paint them.
Check that all furniture is functional. Includes drawers, cabinets, cabinet handles, styling chair hydraulic is working, shampoo bowl is working spraying, draining, no leaks.
Check that the key to the door is inside the suite. If not please contact Cashe or Lon.
Check for any noticeable things that may need to be repaired. If something not listed needs to be repaired, please be sure to repair it. Spot the things before the tenant moves in.
Check any cosmetic and functional issues.
Tighten screws as needed.
