    *** LOTO Confirmation Statement - DO NOT EDIT/REMOVE ***

    All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?

    All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?

    LOTO REQUIRED

    Remove top guard cover inspect Teflon bands. Replace if necessary. blow out the sealing head with 40 PSI compressed air.

    Wipe Down Rollers

    Insure All Nuts/Bolts are Secure.
