    Drain Engine Oil (200-250 Hour interval)

    Run engine to warm oil. Remove key and secure it for your safety. Remove drain plug with oil pan underneath.

    Remove and replace engine oil filter (remember to lubricate o-ring on filter) (hand tighten plus 1/2 turn)

    Reinstall drain plug with new o-ring

    Torque drain plug to 37 ft-lbs

      Add 17 Quarts 15W-40 Motor Oil

      Inspect Outer engine Air Filter (DO NOT BLOW OUT FILTER)

      MFWD Front Axle Fluid Changed (500 Hours)

      6.8 Quarts THF1000 drain at bottom of axle, refill on side of axle until oil pours out of fill point Torque drain plug to 66 ft-lbs

      Final Drive Front axle fluid change (500 Hours)

      1 Quart THF1000 rotate until drain plug is on bottom drain oil rotate until plug is at 9 o'clock or 3 o'clock position and fill until oil comes out of fill point. reinstall drain plug Torque drain plug to 66 ft-lbs
