    Before Start of Newcomer

    Obtain information concerning the newcomer's background if possible.

    (e.g. resume, LinkedIn, github handle, ...etc)

    Hi <NEW_EMPLOYEE_NAME>, I’m <BUDDY_NAME> from MaintainX. I will be your buddy to help you get started on your journey onboard the rocket ship! On your first day, I will reach out to you as soon as the general welcome sessions are done, and ensure your onboarding is as successful as it could be. Welcome aboard and see you soon!
