VBS 2023 Setup

Provide support by completing the tasks at the appropriate time which may be noted in the step.

    Move 2 "Short" tall partitions to Fatima by COB Thursday 6/22

    Move 2 "short" tall partitions to Guadalupe by COB Thursday 6-22

    Move 8 wood frames and stands from shed to Music room Hall or Chair Closet by COB Friday 6/23

    Fatima - Fold Tables and move to side, Stack Chairs along the wall by COB Friday 6/23

    Guadalupe - Fold Tables and move to side, Stack Chairs along the wall by COB Friday 6/23

    Lourds - Set tables and chairs in normal classroom arrangement by COB Thursday 6/22

    Carmel - Configure 1 table with 4 chairs in middle of the room, fold other tables and stack remaining chairs along the wall out of the way by COB Friday 6-23

    PLC Porch - Friday 6-23 Set up tables and chairs on Chapel Side Seating for 160

    Ministry Parking - Monday Morning 6-26 set up 1 Pop up 1 White Table by the Gaga pit.

    Divine Mercy - By COB 6-23 Fold all tables and stack along a wall. Stack all chairs along a wall. Do not divide room in two with mobile wall.

    Narthex - by COB Friday 6-23, Place 4 6' tables under TV.

    Porch - by Monday Morning, Place 4 trash cans and bags.
