List of preparation work as below. 1. Mobilization of equipment to 36KTR 2. Fabrication work of 10FT break tank, 42" pipe cut sample, air manifold, AMU standing frame, and DCH3 spreader bar 3. Modification work of spooler and spooler spread bar 4. Inhouse testing of DCH3 tool by cutting 42" pipe section sample 5. Preparation of DCH3 umbilical for project 6. Preparation and function test of equipment for project (1070cfm,350psi air compressor, 150kVA generator, Spooler, WOMA pump, oil mist filter, HPU, and container 20FT) 7. Reel preparation work include spooling in umbilical and jetting hoses 8. Mobilization of equipment to site

    DCH3 and accessories inside container to be unloaded and 40FT container to be returned

    2. Fabrication work at 36KTR

    A. 10FT break tank fabrication

    B. 42" pipe cut sample preparation

    C. Air Manifold Fabrication

    D. AMU Standing Frame Fabrication

    E. DCH3 Spreader Bar Fabrication

    F. DCH3 Standing Frame Fabrication

    3. Modification of Spooler and Spreader bar

    To follow reel size and strengthening requirement

    To follow spooler modified dimension

    4. In-house Testing of DCH3 Spread

    A. Preparation and set up

    include setting up 35 m umbilical to DCH3, control unit to AMU, and 150kVA generator to control unit

    B. Check-list prior testing

    Skid to be taken out from DCH3 in process

    umbilical length will be reduced once pressure is applied

    air pressure max at 8 Bar, max working pressure at 2400 Bar

    C. In-house testing operation

    5. Preparation of DCH3 Umbilical (for project)

    Sample as 35 m LG umbilical

    6. Preparation and Equipment Function Test

    A. 1070cfm, 350psi air compressor

    B. 150kVA Generator

    C. WOMA pump

    D. Oil Mist Filter

    E. Spooler HPU

    F. Container 20FT (Spare parts and general consumables) - if required

    7. Reel Preparation Work

    8. Mobilization of Equipment to Site
