This procedure checklist is for the monthly preventive maintenance and inspection of your equipment.

    Oil reservoirs

    Check level of oil and check for pollution. Fill up if level is too low, change if polluted if not OK.

    • Pass

    • Fail

    Crown gear

    Check for wear and check gearwheel. Clean/Replace if not OK.

    • Pass

    Hydr. cylinder

    Check. Repair / Replace if not OK.

    • Pass

    Motor reducer

    Check the oil level. Top up if necessary if not OK.
