The LENNOX ML180 STANDARD-EFFICIENCY GAS FURNACE Yearly Maintenance Form is used to check your equipment's performance. This form is sectioned by the different parts of the equipment with individual checkists for thorough inspection ensuring not just performance but safety for both your company and employees.

    The following items should be checked during an annual inspection. Power to the unit must be shut off for the service technician’s safety.

    Fresh air grilles and louvers (on the unit and in the room where the furnace is installed)

    Burners

    Vent pipe

    Must be inspected for signs of:
