Valve Inlet/Outlet Inspection

This procedure checks a valve's inlet/outlet (I/O) function and records the result as Pass, Flag, or Fail. If an issue is found, it documents the problem with a photo, confirms whether the valve was repaired and is functioning properly, and notes why the issue was not resolved and whether the customer was informed, if applicable.
