The DET – Private Branded Quarterly Visit Report documents the findings and activities from the DET representative’s quarterly visit to private branded locations. This report includes assessments of branding compliance, product presentation, staff engagement, and operational standards, along with recommendations for improvements or follow-up actions.
Detergent Application Assessment
This section is an assessment of the systems applying our Tommy Products (flopro, pump systems, etc), the applicators in the wash, verifying correct dilutions, and verifying proper timing.

Tunnel Wash Applicator Assessment
List any issues you find with the applicators in the wash including clogged nozzles, foam generators, low water pressure, etc.
Wash Timing Assessment
List any issues you find with timing in the wash including wash functions starting too late/early, wrap timing, tire shine timing, bearing weight issues, etc
Wrap Behavior
List any issues seen with wraps regarding pressure. Are they coming aroung the front and rear of vehicles properly? Are the wraps too light, too heavy? Are the bump stops set properly? Are air cylinders and shocks in good order?
Wash Quality Assessment
This assessment will notate key wash quality factors such as your pH, TDS of Spot Free, Water Hardness, etc
pH Test. Check pH of Center Presoak, Low pH neutralizer, and final rinse with the goal of vehicle's exiting the tunnel at a neutral pH (7)
Water Hardness Test (For sites using water softeners)
TDS Test (to check that the RO system on-site is working properly)
Chlorine Test (to check if chlorine is getting into the RO)
Test Wash Assessment (in this field, we will run a test vehicle through the wash and assess wash quality below)
Complimentary Backroom Assessment
This section will assess critical backroom equipment such as pumps, RO, Reclaim, and softeners to ensure they are functioning properly

Complimentary Tunnel Equipment Assessment
This section will provide a complimentary major tunnel equipment assessment in the wash
Blower Assessment (ensuring blowers are working properly, angled correctly, etc)
Inspect Photo Eyes, VPS, and Gate Eyes and verify cleanliness and proper signal
Inspect belt for any major problems
Inspect Wrap and Cloth condition
Final Summary
Notate any other miscellaneous issues you found while on-site and discussed with management
